Angela Jakilazek, PHEc - Consultant (HACCP, GMP & ISO) Angela Jakilazek is a consultant for TA Solutions providing Business Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Auditing expertise to a variety of our clients with a focus on Food and Agricultural Industries. Her primary focus has been with food manufacturing companies in the design of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (H.A.C.C.P.) Food Safety Program, including the development of Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.’s).
Prior to TA SOLUTIONS, Angela has worked as the Quality Assurance Manager in two leading Winnipeg based manufacturing companies where she implemented the ISO 9001: 2000 and HACCP programs. In those roles, she took full responsibility for the design and execution of the programs. This included providing training in food safety, process improvement, allergens and sanitation to production employees and at the management level. In addition she has developed programs to assist in streamlining projects and building transparency in the organization to better improve the efficiency. Angela has assisted companies in the design and implementation of their own ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP programs in the areas of Feed Manufacturing, Pea Processing and Hatchery Operations.
She is a graduate with a Bachelor of Human Ecology in Foods and Nutrition and an Active Member of the Manitoba Association of Home Economists where she interacts with many professionals in the corporate and government sectors.
